My brother is in the mood to play Pokemon, but we have discovered our Silver and Gold no longer keep save files, and I can't play my Red anymore because my Game Boy died. So what Pokemon set should me and bro get to play together?

Ummm the new Silver and Gold, of course. Diamond/Pearl are good too.
