Topic: NCIS

I've been meaning to watch this for ages, but it's on season 5 or 6 or something now and that's kinda intimidating. BUT. I started watching it anyway, and omg it's so worth it. It kicks into gear right off the bat, with 95% accurate forensics (DELIGHT OF MY LIFE) and incredible character interaction and oh. my. god. Gibbs. Gibbs is like... I cannot describe what Gibbs is like, except perhaps he is like the glass that holds the water when you are in the Sahara. The whole show (I admit I am only halfway through the first season, but I have seen later episodes and the tone is wonderfully consistent) is just utterly fun and sometimes gross and often silly and sometimes intense and unusually accurate and did I mention fun? Yes.

So who has seen it? :D Plz no spoilers, or put them behind spoiler tags.

I finally got some time to watch season 2 this weekend, and now I'm so emotionally invested that when sad things happen I'm sitting here crying into a pint of Ben & Jerrys.

I am trying not to think about whether I love Sephiroth or Gibbs more. Yes. I love this show that much. (I think Sephiroth wins, but only by a slight margin. Maybe. Not sure.)
