Resident Evil 5 is SO AMAZING it deserves its own topic
I cannot be the only playing this game. Currently on Chapter 5-something, past The Big Fight With You-Know-Who, playing with my big brother on the PS3.

I've not not played it, but I have seen it through while a friend was playing it.
I must admit..
It's amazing...Simply amazing.
I never would have guessed it. Jill...was still alive and they kill Wesker!

I do agree with everything you said though, it's an amazing game.

Wesker? More like Neo.
I did enjoyed the game and Chris is steroid buff cool. It was shorter than RE4 though.

Frankly, I don't even think Wesker is dead. I bet there's clones of him or some such nonsense. They never really got into the whole "you were manufactured" bit.
If I were inclined to be displeased by anything about RE5, it's that it was extremely thin on plot. And that Claire never gets involved.
Goddamn I want to play it again, but there's no one to play with other than my brother, who is busy with other games now. T_T

I personally think that RE 4 & 5 are just setting up for some sequel with almost all of the living playable characters.

I would like Claire to reappear with her Degeneration face. Because? Well, because it would entertain me to no end, and especially if they have a sequel with all the characters banding together. It'd be funny seeing her constant :3 face beside her brother's FREAKING MELON ARMS.

I've barely played it, finally.
Kelissa and I were getting attacked by a zombie mob, and then back up came to help, but we couldn't figure out what to do at that point. XD Any tips? We'd like to keep going XD This is in, like.. the first 10 minutes. Not even. Right after we met "Zombie Hitler" as we dubbed him, because he was all cool and scary.

There really has not been zombies since RE3, the only thing zombies related in this game is the return of the lickers, the new enemies are more symbiotic parasite then zombie. That's why you avoid shooting some of them in the head! Yum! spaghetti phallic-head monster! The game starts off with Tricell Pharmaceutical as the main source for people being infected and "possessed". Tricell is one of Umbrella's main corporate rival. Though Umbrella Corp is mentioned in the game because of Wesker's involvement with both companies (and others).

Are you guys playing on PS3 or Xbox? :D
If it's the very first horde right after you get your first weapons, then just run, there's too many to kill. If it's the horde after that, the public assembly where you're stuck in a house... well, just don't die. :D There's a burnt out trolley or something that you can hide in where the axe man can't get you (though the zombies still can).

PS3. Xbox does not enter our home.
And yes, Axe man. I figured we have to kill him. Or is that not possible?
And yeah, knife fighting that first horde was fun. We had no idea what we were doing, until we saw the glowing spot on the map, and made a run for it.

I play the PS3 one too! We should play together sometime~
Axe man is killable, but me and my bro have never managed it. Shotgun blast to the face doesn't stun him, so it's rough. ;_; You don't have to kill him, though, just live long enough for the cutscene to trigger.
