So...HI THAR. New person here, fresh meat, yadda yadda, etc.
Not sure why I joined this forum after looking around a bit. It must have been the chocolate compelling me to, but it's probably just the interesting looking Gaming board you have here.
Anyway, I guess I could talk a little about myself. I'm Asian, and I draw a lot, along with writing fanfiction quite a bit. I found this forum through yueying.net, thanks to my old Dynasty Warriors obsession (which also led to my world history obsession...). I'm currently obsessed with Final Fantasy (I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, Tactics and Dissidia), the Ace Attorney series of games, Romance of the Three Kingdoms (the book + the recent cartoon) and Neopets. I also used to watch a lot of anime, but not so much anymore.

At any rate, welcome to the forum! I figured I should show my face for this, since I am one of the moderators for the Gaming board.

Don't know anything about 'em spambots...I'm guessing there's been some kind of influx with only a few on the member list who actually post?
As for FFIV:TAY...I haven't played it yet, due to not having a Wii, although I'd gladly try it if given the chance. I'm madly in love with the new designs for the returning characters (and how Golbez is now playable...and Cid's awesome white beard...and Kain...and how Edward took a huge level in badass <3 /fangasm). I'm pretty much limited to looking at Youtube videos of other people playing.

As for RPGs...in general, I have a huge interest in them, but can't actually play most of them due to not having anything but a PSP and a used-to-death Gameboy Advance. I'm still pretty new in gaming, actually, but I'm trying, even resorting to emulators, and even then I don't quite have the time to play much.
BUT...I would probably play damn near everything too, if given the chance.

All Pokeymans references aside, I'm here seeking refuge from the deaths of a bunch of other DW-oriented forums after many of them decided that everything related to Strikeforce was overcooked lame and cheese on fail bread.
Oh yeah, and I also enjoy creating conglomerates of lines that form vague 2-dimensional illustrations of things, especially pertaining to generic fighting/action games and animu/manga.

I'm sad to hear that other DW forums have been dying off, and sadder still that other people are not embracing Strikeforce for all its delicious cheese-flavored multiplayer glory. Dynasty Warriors has never taken itself seriously.
